iBoot Legacy, strange problem

For some reason when I try to load iBoot Legacy; it boots then just hangs or something. The point where the '/' is supposed to be turning around, it just stays there. It usually stays as - but sometimes it'll be at /. I don't know whether that makes a difference, but it hangs either way before it gets a chance to start at the bootloading screen.
