Hello i bought these 2 and for some reason trying to install cpu and when pulling down the latch i hear a noise like its scratching It takes a lot of force to try to pull down. when i do it using the cover for cpu that came with motherboard i don't hear the sound

They are both compatible, the processor you are using uses an LGA 1155 socket and the mobo you have has that socket, so there's no issue there, and yes it does take a lot of force to get that latch to go down. For the scratching noise, I think that the latch is just noisy. But you should be just fine
