HP ProBook Installer 6.1: 4x30s and 4x40s support

It is not known at the current time how to implement PC style "switchable" graphics. PCs and Macs use different technology to accomplish this. I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for a solution.
 
Just wanted to reply and say my 4540s is still doing great besides a popup every once in a while that says there's no keyboard connected but yet the keyboard works, I think it's related to my bluetooth dongle? Anyway, replaced the wifi with a working card, vanilla, works perfectly. At this time I have no real issues to report. My biggest complaint is about the actual laptop itself saying it supports 16gb and it doesn't.

Go to System Preferences / Bluetooth / Advanced and check off the first and the second checkbox. You'll never see these popups again.

Fresh install, on 4230s, and ssd with trim enabled.
all appears good.
ssd boot time is about 5 to 6 seconds +/- 1 second, from the moment you pick the os x volume to start from chimera menu.
everything is very snappy fast.

on the 4340s, how to get the same sort of out of the box fresh install display color profile like on the 4230s? display colour calibration wasnt needed on the 4230s and its awesome to look at even compared to a real macbook , non retina of course.



USB 3.0 benchmark speed and timing.

just while i'm waiting for backup to complete, my benchmark time to copy mostly large chunks of 120gb from hdd to usb3 storage is about 25 minutes +/- 2minutes.

This is multiple files mostly large 20gb+ in one transfer job/window for finder.

if split into at least 2 separate jobs, estimate time was about 35 minutes.

Is it reproducible? What happens if you avoid use of VGA?
