Hi!
I recently acquired this laptop (Intel [email protected], 4GB DDR3 RAM, Intel HD4000 GPU, 500GB 5400rpm SATA HDD - see attached photo of BIOS System info screen).
I followed this (http://goo.gl/iwHTX) racerrehabman's tutorial to manage, in my case, a triple boot (Win8 64bit, Mountain Lion 10.8.2 and Ubuntu 12.10 64bit).
Everything went fine and i am now able to boot all three OSes.
But I did skip over installing Chimera as a default boot loader.
To boot in in ML I'm, for now, using the same USB stick I used for Mountain Lion installation (8GB stick with ML 10.8.2 created in VirtualBox Machine using Unibeast ML 1.5.3 with both options checked: Laptop support, Legacy USB support). And I need to add "-v GraphicsEnabler=No" as boot options so I can boot normaly.
What I want now is to setup everything that can be setup before I commit this changes to the HDD and install Chimera to it.
Can anyone point me if it is possible to setup Intel HD4000 to use full acceleration? And what about wireless? What other kexts do I need to make this a stable boot option?
I'll write any info You require me to if it helps...
I'm off from work this week so I'm hoping I can set it up properly during this period
