HP Pavilion 15t (Late 2016) Will It Work??

Hello all, I was just wondering if my HP Pavilion 15t would be able to run El Capitan. I will list the specs below and hopefully someone out there will be able to give me some advice.
CPU: Intel Core i5 6300HQ
Graphics: Intel(R) HD Graphics 530 and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950M
RAM: 8GB DDR4
Display: Touchscreen @ 3840x2160
Audio: Realtek High Definition Audio
Wireless: Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 + Bluetooth 4.0
Ethernet: Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller
Storage: 256GB m.2 SSD and 1TB 7200rpm HDD

If any more info is needed just let me know but I think I pretty much covered all the bases here
