Can I install mac os any version on my system?

CPU : AMD 5700u

GPU : integrated card

RAM : 16gb

WIFI\BLUETOOTH: Realtek 8852AE

I would start out with Ventura. Get that fully working first and then it's relatively easy to upgrade to Sonoma.
If you want to use a Broadcom Wifi/BT card that is fully supported, it will also work in Ventura with no tweaks required. You won't need to run OCLP root patching for working Wifi as you would with Sonoma.

BTW your iGPU is the RX Vega 8.
The Ryzen 7 5700U features eight Zen 2 cores clocked at 1.8 GHz (base clock speed) to 4.3 GHz (Boost) as well as a Vega 8 iGPU.

Is the Vega compatible with Mac OS?

Only if the NootedRed kext is used. You can read the posts about it by Craig and others to learn how it works.
Formally WhateverRed, now NootedRed or simply referred to as NRed is a kext to replace WhateverGreen in the EFI when using Radeon Graphics, yes that simple and the results are surprisingly good, if not better than UHD630 in some scenarios!.

I did this efi and only that at a certain point the PC stops

Also your patches are wrong, the 5700U is an 8 core APU, your config has the first 3 Algrey patches set to 6 cores;

B8060000 0000 should be B8080000 0000
BA060000 0000 should be BA080000 0000
BA060000 0090 should be BA080000 0090

the fourth one was right.
