How to install Mac OSX Snow Leopard on Dell D630?

Hi,
I'm new here so please give me detailed instructions. I wanna install Mac OSX Snow Leopard on D630. I have a Mac OSX Snow Leopard Retailed DVD and 8GB Pendrive, I do not have a separate computer with an installed system MAC. How to install OSX on my laptop?
Please help
