How to disable nvidia 1060 to install sierra on MSI GS43VR ?

Hello guys, i really want to install sierra on my new notebook but i heard that the 1060 do not work on mac os x.
So my question is how to disable the 1060 and use the intel graphics, i saw a guide but was complicated and im worried to mess my notebook
There is any other method?
