How to debug lack of AHCI drives in Disk Utility?

I have a PC that I already succesfully converted into hackintosh. Then I have changed the GPU from nvidia to AMD and I wanted to reinstall the OS as old stopped booting and it was cluttered anyway.

So I took the same USB stick, plugged it to the same MacBook Air, made the same 10.12.2 installer using the same UniBeast as before, put it to the same PC and lol, Mac OS X installer recognizes only USB Drive. Clover properly recognizes existing Mac OS X install, but installer don't.

SATA mode in BIOS is set to AHCI.

I changed NOTHING beyond GPU.

How can I debug this? In Linux I can at least type dmesg...
