how do I get 10.7.4

i have os x lion 10.7 on the first time and i can make it to 10.7.4 by update software later

but about bridgehelper5 thay said 10.7.4 only

that mean i have to install osx 10.7.4 at the first time not by update software right?

so how can i get 10.7.4 installer please suggest me

Nope, the most recent version of OS X Lion, that being 10.7.4 is what you would be able to download from the Mac App store. That is the only current available version.
