Help with my first build

Hello,

i ame kind of new tot his Hackintosh world, and might need some help.
I mad my list what i think are good items for a hackintosh, but could you people watch over it to see if some things wont work with Hackintosh, or i could do something better for this build, or will some things not fitt in?

this is my build:
Intel Core i7-4790K
Gigabyte GA-Z97X-SOC Force
EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB
Seagate Desktop HDD ST2000DM001, 2TB
Fractal Design Define R4 Pearl Black
Corsair Hydro H110
corsair vengeance pro cmy32gx3m4a2400c11r
2x Samsung 850 EVO 120GB ssd

and a Samsung U28D590D Zilver monitor

Thanks in advance.
Rob

Your choices look like they will all work. Personally I would save some money
by getting the GTX 980 instead of the Ti version. The Nvidia web drivers seem
to work better with OS X and the EVGA GTX 980 in contrast to the Ti version.

Also check the QVL for the memory that will work with your motherboard.
Find that on the Gigabyte website. When you are installing 32 GB of ram
this is even more important to avoid freezing problems.

Hey,

That setup would work just fine.
I even have the same RAM, no issues when i was running 10.9.X.
1 thing I would replace: The case. Fractal Design already released the Define R5.

Whats trs96 said is true, support for the 980ti for OS X is bad at the moment. Either wait, or get the regular 980.

Hope I helped,
Joep
