HELP! Asus ThunderboltEX 3-TR with Asus Z590-V issue

Cannot get the TB3 card working.
Here are some Info:
1.NVME SSD installed in the middle M.2_2 Slot
2.EX 3TR installed in the Bottom PCIEX16_2 Slot
3.BIOS Setting should be fine
4.SSDT used by @CaseySJ HackinDROM

I read about the this thread
@etc said he used an unflashed EX 3-TR card, But I don't use for external monitors.
Is that possible to use this TR card's TB3 Port only for my setup?
Please HELP, Any Geneius?

Please try attached version of Thunderbolt SSDT. This is a drop-in replacement (EFI/OC/ACPI folder).

Also, is the EX-3TR connected to on-board Thunderbolt header?

Already replace the file, unfortunately the card still not working, But thanks anyway!

I saw you changed these two values in .aml, but in IOReg it still shown as PXSX. (I don't know what that means )

Also, is the EX-3TR connected to on-board Thunderbolt header?

Yes, the EX3-TR card connected to the on-board TB Header and the USB2.0 port both.
It works fine under Windows 10.

Are there mistakes I made in BIOS setting? Could you check them in Attachments below.

And another question: I saw two types Ridge under Hackintool PCIE view(and they use same Root). I thought EX3-TR should be Titan Ridge only.
Is that Normal?
