Hardware Acceleration with Vega 64 with Xeon E3 1241v3

It looks like you need iGPU to make hardware acceleration work with Vega 64. Alas, my Xeon E3 1241v3 does not have integrated graphics. Does this mean I am SOL on hardware acceleration? I have not been able to find any information for or against the possibility.

Certain Apple computer models like iMac 14,2 expect to have and use Intel integrated graphics as part of the System Definition. Changing your system definition may break iMessage and other Apple cloud services. Perhaps try a test instal on a different SSD.

I currently have my mac set to 19.1 so that i can get the HVEC rendering to work on FCPX. Every other model that I tried to set it to would fail during export.
