Hackintosh elcapitan shutdown problem on gigabyte mobo

hey all and thanks for advanced
i do install a hackintosh el capitan at gigabyte ga-g31 s3l with geforce 9500 gt
also everything is work fine except i cant shutdown my desktop normaly
sometimes it shutsdown and wake up automatic after 10 sec and sometimes stuck on shutdown
i made a fix with clover but ddnt put any dsdt.aml untill now so maybe cuz of this
and cant find dsdt for my mobo too
i think its problem cuz usb 2.0 with el capitan but i donno what to do and its really pissing me off
so please pay attention to my post and waiting to get a help with dsdt (if dsdt editor) need all steps
and if there is another way just let me know

esp when i disabled H/w Lan from bois it working normally but i lose lan internet
