I installed from scratch as I would like to prevent issues with legacy patches and/or applications across major OS versions.

But installing the update *might* work. I would take a backup, try installing the update and re-applying the IOKit patches. If that does not work you can always install new.

I will be trying to upgrade to El Capitan Release Build from the GM installation later this week.
Preliminary research shows that it should work.

Downloading the El Capitan release build installer and installing it directly over the GM build works fine.
All settings and files remain intact while OS is upgraded successfully to 15A284.

Just after reboot the IOKit patch needs to be re-applied. XPS9530.sh is now updated with the new IOKit patch.

usb 2.0 works fine only when XHCI Mode: AUTO in bios
BT is recognized but can't add it do network and pair with my iPhone , handoff doesn't work
sleep doesn't work properly ,after wake up, usb 2.0 doesn't work

DSDT correctly patched? Maybe XWAK is doing something you don't want. Make it do nothing...

I haven't really looked at USB with regards to sleep/wake-up yet.
Let me see if I have the same issues here.

Edit: Just tested this. Put the laptop in sleep, after return from sleep inserted an USB stick in each of the 3 USB ports. Stick mounted fine in all of them.

Edit 2: Longer sleep does show the following messages in the system log

Hi, good job. I just install El Capitain and it's work good. I have the network too with USB3 ANKER Key.
