I found the solution but I've not tried it.
It seems that is a problem related to cpu power management. I want underline that ALL people have that problem in 10.9.1 and later. Also in mac edition cards and also in real Mac Pro computer.

Ok, so, just remove these two and get fine perf:
AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext:
AppleIntelCPUPowerManagementClient.kext:
Using them from d21 makes them not loaded, equal to removing them
So prolly on macpro3,1 CPU isn't working at proper speed when opencl needs it.
