GTX 650 No Acceleration Yosemite 10.10.2

Hello to all. I'm building a new machine with the following config:

Z97X-UD7 TH Motherboard
Intel Core i7 4790k
16GB RAM
GTX 650 1GB
Kingston SSD

I'm using Clover as my boot loader

I managed to get the system installed correctly, but I'm getting no video acceleration. The upper bar is grey and not semi-transparent as it's supposed to be. Also, the boot is REALLY slow. Booting in verbose mode I can see it takes a lot of time to pass DSMOS has arrived. Tried to install NVIDIA Web Drivers with no luck. The system recognizes the Graphics Card model and VRAM correctly on system information, but still no acceleration. Any ideas?

Managed to get graphics acceleration by adding graphics card id into clover, but my boot is still really slow. When booting in verbose it hangs a bit at DSMOS has arrived.

Hello! Still REALLY slow boot here, taking about 1:15 minutes to boot even on SSD with TRIM enabled. What's more, I cannot shutdown. When I hit shutdown on apple menu, the computer reboots itself, even though I disabled Wake On Lan functionality on UEFI. Any ideias? Thanks in advance!
