GTX 260 not enabling QE 10.7.3

Hello everyone!

I have tried setting the GraphicsEnabler=Yes and that has done nothing. When I go to the dashboard space there is no ripple effect when I drop a widget.

This is for a GTX 260 on a fresh install.

Help?
