Hi all, I have tried and failed thus far to upgrade to Yosemite on my SSD. My home folder is currently on a separate drive, and until I get Yosemite installed I'm booting off a third HDD with a backup (Mavericks) clone made in CCC.

My question is, can I erase my SSD and do a fresh install of Yosemite and then change my home folder to the one I still have from my Mavericks install that's on the separate HDD? Or will that screw something up?

Thanks for the help.
