Freezing at Apple Logo on install

Alright, so I just got a new setup and I am attempting to install Mavericks on it. When booting from USB, the install just hangs at the Apple logo with no loading bar at the bottom.

MOBO: Gigabyte Z107X-UD5 TH
CPU- I7-6700K Skylake
Graphics- Integrated Intel HD 530
Memory- 32gb DDR4 (currently attempting one 8gb stick for install)

BIOS settings are set to the TonyMacx86 recommended settings for a Mavericks install.

I believe I read the Skylake isnt compatible with Mavericks
