Yeah, I've unfortunately figured that out, and my decision at this point is to buy the GA-Z97N-WIFI, and sell my Z87N board. I'm upset that the 87 has such poor placement of the CPU spot, but the 97 corrects that. I'll put my U12S back on the proc, and I've ordered a second fan and a PWM fan header splitter so the U12S can really perform. I'm also going to OC the 4770k, since I've read it's a waste to buy a K proc if you don't OC.
Alright, just got my new motherboard in, and pretty much redid my whole build, with a focus on cable management and airflow, for the Noctua U12S that now fits.
