Fix HDMI on Dell G15 5510

Hi, my friend I can try to look at it because I have the same dell as you on the other hand everything works but I'm stuck at macos BigSur because when I did my hackintosh my bluetooth was not compatible and I know that my hdmi is working.
Besides, I have a question when you installed your hackintosh didn't you have a problem with the jack? because me yes and it was a hell of a mess for patch
