I'm mainly going to be using this for media, such as Steam games, etc. I was thinking of using one of the buying guides for the Mini, but I've decided I'll need dedicated graphics. I think I'll probably go with i3 or i5, but big storage and a good graphics card are a must. It doesn't need to be small. I'm looking to build this thing for under $650. The list below totals to $723 minimum, so I'd like to get it cheaper but still be able to run things like L4D2, Portal 2, etc, at pretty good quality.

List (All prices from Newegg) :
Intel Core i5-3570K - $220
or
Intel Core i3-3225 - $145

Gigabyte
GA-Z77N-WIFI - $120

4GB 1600Mhz DDR3 - $44

BitFenix Prodigy in White - $90

Corsair 650TX Modular - $104

GeForce GTX 650 - $145

Seagate Barracuda SATA 6Gb/s 2TB HDD - $100
or
Seagate Barracuda SATA 6Gb/s 1TB HDD - $75

You prolly don't need an i5-3570k for that. I have seen most game run great on the i3-3225, and those games you mention will run perfect on that. Even the GT 640 will take care of that, you don't need GTX 650 unless you want demanding games in high quality. Check out some benchmarks of the games you like with the GT 640, and I think you will be surprised. That's like 130 $ you would save, maybe more. I think you could get away with 500-600W power supply. There is a lot of sites to calculate that for you.
