So I want to build one that could be heavy use for video editing, 3D thing and Gaming. Also I'm trying to lower the cost now it is around $900.

Is there a reason for asrock over gigabyte?

I just ask because going Z77 Gigabyte will make your hack run a lot more smoothly.
