HERE IS THE LIST OF PARTS I AM GOING TO GET TO TRY TO BUILD MY FIRST EVER HACKINTOSH.

I AM PLANNING TO DO A DUAL-BOOT WITH WINDOWS 8 AND OS X MOUNTAION LION.

ANY RECOMMENDATIONS WOULD BE HELPFUL.

ALSO TELL ME IF SOME PARTS ARE NOT COMPATIBLE AND LIST THE BEST REPLACEMENT FOR IT. IF YOU THINK THIS BUILD CAN BE BETTER PLEASE LET ME KNOW. BASICALLY JUST GIVE ME YOUR INPUT ON THIS.

HERE IT IS:

PROCESSOR: Intel Core i5-3570 Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 77W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 2500 BX80637i53570

MOTHERBOARD: GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-D3H LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B

VIDEO CARD: EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2653-KR GeForce GTX 650 2GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

POWER SUPPLY: OCZ Fatal1ty 750W Modular Gaming 80Plus Bronze Power Supply compatible with Intel Sandy Bridge Core i3 i5 i7 and AMD Phenom

HDD: Seagate Barracuda ST31000524AS 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

SSD: SanDisk SDSSDP-128G-G25 2.5" 128GB SATA III Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

How does it look? Are there any changes needed to be done? Is there anything I can get to make my life easier?

You dont need that much power if you're just running a single gpu.

It wont save you hassle but might save you a little money!

500W should be adequate enough (someone correct me if I'm wrong)

Thanks! Appreciate the help! How does everything else look?

your CPU is 2500HD intel graphics. it doesn't matter as long as your graphics card doesn't fail. if i does, then you will have no video. if you want, the i5 3570 (K) and 3770 (K) have intel HD4000. (the i3 does too, but you can look in the custo mac guide)

The GTX 650 is a good step up from the built-in HD4000 graphics and works well for me. If you want to go faster, the GTX 660 Ti seems to be the safe, proven choice and listed in the CustoMac 2012 guide.

The GTX 650 Ti is in the middle - though it's not 100% proven out for hackintosh crowd - as you can read in these forums.

Motherboard audio is not supported under OSX, if motherboard revision is 1.1 then the Atheros LAN is also not supported at this time. I suggest switching to the newly released GA-Z77-HD4 : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128580 which should have compatible audio and LAN.

If you want to dual boot Windows and OSX I recommend using separate hard disks for them.

thank you for the motherboard suggestion. But why cant I just partition my SSD?

I am not saying you can't, and it is doable (see the link Multibooting for the Novice below my post), but if you encounter problems during installation and running the system, you may need to, say, wipe out or reformat your hard disk and it is much more convenient if the systems are on separate hard disks.

I don't think you want to wipe out your Windows installation just because the OSX installation is having problems? That's why I and others here recommend using separate hard disks for two or more operating systems including OSX.
