Firewire problem ..Impact Twin Not working.. Need advise!

I just buyed a tc electronic impact twin firewire soundcard for my daw setup.
but i can't get it too work in neither snow leopard and lion, i see the impact twin under firewire in system profiler, and TC near is showing in system sound, but no sound no matter what i route, if i route the hardware input too output i get sound but not from firewire too hardware output..

atm I'm running os x lion 10.7.2, with multi beast 4.1, i tried newer version but then i get kernel panic at boot up caused by tc electronic firewire something....

my hackintosh build is

Gigabyte Z68AP-DS3 using dsdt for F6
i5 2400 3.1 ghz cpu
2x4 gb kingston 1333 mhz ram
gigabyte ati 5770 gfx card

and DeLock pci-e 3+1 firewire card too handle my power core and impact twin sound card...

i tryed plugin my impact twin too my roommates mac book running lion 10.7.2 and works flawless on that one, and once i switch firewire cable back too mackintosh no sound, back too macbook sound again and hacking no sound ect...

What I'm i doing wrong ?..
is the problem the firewire card ?
if so what firewire card too buy ?

i guess it must be my firewire card, i can show pictures of it looking like its fully functional but example i can't open the TC control panel it crashes 9/10 attemps but when its unplugged the panel opens 10/10 times, but ofcourse it tells device not found..

What cheep firewire card would peoples out here recommend that works out of the box?
i noticed the 2xfw800/1xfw400 has os x 1.5 and 1.6 support but its abit pricy
around 75 US..

Problem is I'm from denmark(europa) so its not really possible for me too order Syba cards like most peoples mentions.
for now i don't care if it got firewire 400 or 800
along its cheep and i can get my TC impact twin firewire sound card too work in either os x SL or lion..

Hi there, I have the same issue that you have with a TC Electronic audio interface (I have a TI chipset firewire card but still no audio even though the system shows the firewire card & my audio interface!). Can you tell me if you solved it please?
