Everytime i open anything my computer reboots

weird problems like that could be memory related, i know you tried each individual memory stick by itself and in different slots..or have you ?

Is your memory on the Gigabyte support list for your motherboard ?

If it was a RAM issue. It would be more of a freeze I.e lock up or kernel panic. Have you tried Windows on this machine? Also have you tried booting in safe mode?

looks back a couple of pages. Computer suddenly rebooting is not a panic ? What do you call it ..graceful power off ?

Try turning off Wake on Lan in the bios. see if that helps.
