eSATA on DX58SO not functioning

Hey guys, so upon completing my hackintosh i got an external eSATA drive. Straight off of the motherboard BIOS it sees it fine, but once you get into OSX its no where to be found, not Disk Utility or anything.

After a little research I found that someone has looked into this, and it turns out the the DX58SO uses a Marvell driver to control the eSATA connection. Could someone point me in the right direction to get this operational? Maybe a kext would solve this? or something similar?

AFAIK there are no OS X drivers for that Marvell chip.

It's been a long time now since OP, but for anyone (like myself) who is still trying to solve this issue on the DX58SO, this one worked for me:

Running OSX 10.7.5 (I don't recall, but I'm pretty sure I tried this same kext on Snow Leopard and it did not work).
