error when installing hackintosh on Intel Xeon

Hi all,i need to install hakintosh on a platform with intel Xeon e5 2640 v2 (ivy bridge) processor,i followed dortania's guide completely but when i run hakintosh it gives an error and this file.i have already installed hakintosh on a platform with amd ryzen and it was much easier,below i have attached my config file and the dump with the error,i will be glad for any help.I don't need a stable hackintosh, I need it to run and have access to the internet, no computational operations will be performed on this machine, I tried installing different versions of big sur, catalina, mojave.
