Hey, Just wondered if anyone had found out how to make an ELAN touchpad work with multitouch on 10.7.2. I have it currently working OOB (no added kexts) but only identified as a mouse. If someone could help me get multitouch, I'd be ever so grateful. I sincerely miss two finger scrolling!!!

If anyone has any ideas or has seen something, I'd really appreciate a point in the right direction.

Cheers!

Same here, could someone upload a kexts or something that will make my touchpad a multitouch one. I boot my Lenovo G460 on a Live Ubuntu system and multi-touch supports my touchpad.

Count me as another one interested by this. I'm gonna see if the Voodoo team has anything on this..

At Voodoo asked long ago, gave a patch from Linux, but no one did nothing.

My touchpad is elantech touchpad. I use AsusPS2Controller and AppleACPIPS2Nub kext. Two finger scrolling, two finger clicking(as right click) and three finger clicking (as middle click) works. Here is files.

It's no use, still no multitouch.
