HD4000 onboard graphics and the ability to overclock. If you don't intend to overclock or use onboard gfx but would rather a discrete gfx card, then no reason not to get the cheaper ivy core i5.

You could go with the i3 3225 if the i5 is to expensive.

Or a celeron sandy if you like to have some extra money to buy food,beer, and something for the kids.

HD 4000 way over rated, no better than a 8600gt. I can buy those for 10 bucks on craigslist.
