Do You Use USB 3.0?

i do on my hackintosh with an external usb3 drive, but the usb3 controller on this motherboard is really crap, much slower than pci-x usb3 card.

We need to transfer alot of files between sites at work, some of them aren't small, so the advantage of a USB 3.0 Drive makes it so much faster. And for Backups with Clonezilla it is like uberfast. Specially to SSDs.

Yes, with multibeast kext...
My WD 1TB is plug in all time and work great with TM.

I tried using them when Lion first came out but it made the system very buggy. Is it working better now with the new 1.07 driver Multibeast?

I used it on my p8p76 build with a seagate external drive to clone my drive before I sold the entire rig, and will certainly use it on my soon to come 2011 build. I have been thinking about buying an expansion usb3.0 card for my 775 build as the cards have gotten pretty reasonable.
