I have been trying to find a well-supported graphics card with DisplayPort as I intend to buy the Mac Display with its large amount of pixels and sleek design. :D

The only brand that currently sells NVIDIA cards with DisplayPort is ZOTAC. I was specifically looking at this one
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814500182&RandomID=752952062918818120101214130723

I absolutely do not want to get a new video card if it is going to mean spending hours getting it to work as my EVGA GTX 260 works perfectly now.

Anybody have any suggestions, tips, or useful input?

What is a "Mac Display"?

Sorry, "Apple LED Cinema Display". Also, nice case. It is the same one I have. :)

Get this on, works 100% with Cinema Display: http://xfxforce.com/en-gb/products/grap ... 0Slot.aspx

Oh okay cool. Single slot too. :) How is the performance of that compared with my GTX 260?
Also, dumb question because I'm pretty sure it doesn't work, but could I manage to use both of these cards simultaneously?

I've ready it's not a good idea to mix different brant video cards.

Also, look at http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/292917-33-5770

Oh wow! That article is pretty relevant. :)

I am very hesitant to go to ATI though since NVIDIA has been so well supported in OSX. Also, I guess you could say I'm an NVIDIA fanboy. I may just wait until NVIDIA card manufacturers start coming out with more cards having DisplayPort.

Is there any reason a DisplayPort on any card shouldn't work in OSX? I would think that if anything, the DisplayPort would be first thing to be supported fully.
