Dell XPS 13 (L321X) Problem after installation

Can anybody help me, i've just install Mavericks 10.9 on my Dell XPS 13 and after installation i reboot it, then it says "Operation system not found".
1. I use UniBeast to make USB Installer Mavericks
2. I format my SSD on Dell XPS 13 and install Mavericks
3. After installation i try to reboot and saw "gray screen" a long time - its not off. i hold the power button and saw "operation system not found"

Please help me!
Sorry for my english, i'm Russian.

And someone tell me witch kext i need to install for good work mavericks on my laptop, and how to install kexts in it.

Does your laptop only have Radeon or does it also have Intel integrated graphics?

oh, no configuration in my profile - its my Apple iMac.
My dell XPS 13 have intel core i5, 4gb ram, and intel HD graphics 3000

Did you install a bootloader after OS X installation was complete?

No, i only complete install Mavericks and that's all.
How i understand, i need to reinstall Mavericks on my Laptop and install bootloader?!
1. Which bootloader?
2.What i need to do to completely configurate Mavericks on my laptop like: battery, FunControls, touchpad. keyboard, wireless, front camera, sound) ?
