There may be an existing patch already in the repo (I know there are several patches for Dell, including a Vostro).

Big thanks . Now my hackintosh have full resolution qe/ci, battery status and show percent ok, brightness. Speed step i'm not sure, because i check P States by DPCIManager app, its only 8,16, sometime is 8, 16, 21

It is best to use AppleIntelCPUPowerManagementInfo.kext to test pstates.
