Any luck on getting USB 3.1 ports working? I have an Asus Z170-K, and really want the two USB 3.1 ports to work on the back, as the motherboard only had 4 USB ports on the back. I just want them to work as 2.0 or 3.0 ports!

Running a Gigabyte Z170N WIFI ITX installed using the H170 guide on the forum. Everything seems to be working fine. All USB 3.0 ports are working but I can't get higher than 73/100 write/read speeds from any port. All ports, even when routed through my Dell monitor have the same speed. Test subject is a USB 3.0 external HDD from WD, which I know for a fact can run faster than this.
I have installed the motherboard (H170N WIFI model) specific SSDT for proper USB ports in Clover/ACPI/patched from the excellent guide provided. Installed (and have reinstalled once) the USBInjectAll.kext in Library/Extensions using KextBeast. Have disabled the portlimit patch (and have tried with it enabled as well) in Clover Config. BIOS settings are set accordingly. I do not have the USBInjectAll in the kexts/10.10 or 10.11 in EFI.
This is from my System Report (in swedish. I have boldified, underlined and translated certain posts). There's the external HDD, a keyboard and a mouse connected. As you can see, the drive should have 'up to 5 GBit speeds'.

Any thoughts? Should I follow the troubleshooting guide for USB problems on El Capitan (this thread) and install those PCIFAKEID or what they were called? The author of the guide were able to reach far higher speeds than me, seemingly without any more "hacks" than the once I've already installed.
