Hi all,
Wondering if the RX580 is a decent enough graphics card that doesn't cost an arm and a leg and has full support in Catalina?
I'll be using it for web dev: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Visual Studio Code, Chrome with Extensions, Valet.
And it will be on an ultrawide monitor (2560x1080)

This is the one I am considering:

Or, if a better card is an option please let me know
Thanks,

Maybe 8GB. I installed today Asus RX 580 8Gb, very pleased, upgraded from RX 560. Mostly will use for graphics and FCPX, I don't play games.

Stay away from the 2048sp models they have an incompatible bios. You will need to reflash the bios to get it to work in MacOS. This will void the warranty and comes with a risk of bricking the card.

Always avoid those Chinese-exclusive graphics cards...
