Wondering if anyone could tell me what version (and possibly how if you don't mind), my Dell Inspiron 3583 laptop would run with these specs;

CPU: Intel Core i5-8265U
Motherboard: Dell 0WHCP7
GPU: Intel UHD 620

Thank you, I've made the installer on Mac, so I presume I skip that?

You will still need to follow that to customize your EFI folder and config.plist for your laptop.
If you used Unibeast to make the USB, Unibeast made installers do not work with laptops.
