Clover + Yosemite on Dell 3543 restarts after apple logo

You must set config.plist/Graphics/ig-platform-id to a valid value.

0x16260006 is one of the better values. Also 0x16160000 and 0x16160002.

The ig-platform-id you have set at config.plist/ig-platform-id is not read by Clover.

Remove config.plist/FakeID/IntelGFX. It is not valid.

Bingo! I've removed config.plist/FakeID/IntelGFX and edit the ig-platform-id to 0x16260006 and it now shows 1536 MB.

Now to try to make the rest work xD.
