cant boot unless in safe mode :/

My hackintosh-
intel I7 3770
4X4gb coirsair vengeance ram
gigabyte GA-H77-DS3H
corsair TX650
osz 120gb SSD
Nividia GTX 560 TI
OSX 10.8.2

I can install all my software (by booting with -x PCIRootUID=0) and install multi beast so i just have to boot with -x which is safe mode but it doesn't like booting unless it in safe mode.
when i boot normally and boot with -v it says CPU is unsupported or something and power management is incomplete or unsupported. please can someone help me

I've got an GA-H77-D3H. After installing OSX, I've got the same problem (Only in safe mode) I have to install the "AppleACPIPlatform" kext from the Extra Folder. After that, I can boot without any problems.
