Hey there,

I've been trying to install macOS Sierra on my PC the past couple of days now and haven't had any luck. Booting in verbose mode shows the screen in the attached photo, and then it just hangs here.

I've done the following in my BIOS, reading from various forums and posts about what is best:
  • Load Optimized Settings
  • Disable VT-d
  • Disable Serial Port
  • Set XMP profile to Profile1
  • Updated BIOS to latest version (F4)
  • OS is set to Other OS
  • Legacy USB Support is enabled
  • XHCI is enabled
  • SATA mode is set to AHCI
  • Internal Graphics is Disabled
I've used a USB 2.0 drive and a USB 3.0 drive. I even tried to install OS X El Capitan but it would get to the same screen then reboot. Safe mode doesn't get any further. What should I try to get the installer to boot?

Much appreciated.

Well hot damn. I guess I should have done a bit more research before I embarked on this endeavor. Thanks!
