Can't boot Laptop Samsung NP300v5a

i have a bigger issue now apparently i can't boot at all now. i can only boot into linux with the live usb, i've tried formating all my hdd and removing everything and start from scratch with linux (i'm using linux lite) but still nothing i have the same bootloop earlier and i can't get into anything now beside the linux live usb. i can't boot from windows CD nor usb i've tried windows 7 and 8 but nothing i don't get to the part where it asks me to press anything to boot from the cd .
please help !
