I'm having a hell of a time trying to get this installation going... I'm seeing that people on this forum has had success with installing Sierra. After following the official installation guide on the forum, I can't get the installer to boot at all without it returning the following:
396561

Is this just a basic compatibility error with the Vaio? I've seen lower spec'd Vaios that were older than my model running High Sierra with great success...
My laptop specs are:
1.6 GHz Intel Core i7 720QM
8GB of RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GT330M
Running on a legacy BIOS as well

boot verbose then see what the issue is

I've tried that before, but it seems like it got overwritten by black text, rendering it unreadable... Maybe it has something to do with the ACPI Errors?

NullCPUPowerManagement.kext is not needed and should be removed

missing USBInjectALL.kext, lilu and whatevergreen in clover/kexts/other

only should be 1 folder in clover/kexts and that should be "other"

Ok, so something's changed, and my display now turns off at the point where it usually errors out. I do think it boots into the installer because it goes to sleep
