Bluetooth Not Showing in system settings

I'm using the buyer's guide recommended GBU521 from IO Gear. I plug in my bluetooth dongle to my GA Z87m-D3H hackintosh on 10.9.1. The dongle does not show up in system report nor does bluetooth show up in system settings. The dongle does function properly on my 10.9 Asrock Z77 Extreme4M hackintosh. Is anyone else experiencing issues with this dongle? Any ideas how to get it working? I need to use this dongle on the Gigabyte board.

I also had problems with this dongle. Mine shows correctly, but wont pair anymore.
10.9.1 on H87-DH3

I'm using a generic 2.0 dongle now, until I find a new one more compatible. I also had problems with iogear on other 10.9.1 hack

Have you tried it in a USB port - I am having no problems with a GA-H87-HD3 board. Otherwise try this model instead.

Having the same issue with the Iogear GBU521 bought on Amazon from Tonymac Buyer's Guide.
It was on ML 10.8.4

Don't buy this one...
