Bluetooth Adpter Not Work

Helllo to all, fine? :)

My bluetooth adapter not work in El Captain but in Yosemite work fine.
Why? Have solution?

I add screen shot o DPCI and about my mac.

Thanks for all, and please, help, no have more money for buy a new. LOL :)
