I want to comment also that after doing the upgrade, and repatchind the DSDT, Yosemite boots in 12 seconds, not bad for Sandy Bridge, no?

Typical with SSD. Booting is mostly I/O bound. And I/O is fast with SSD.

After upgrading to f.60 with my 4440s both the on board clover and the clover recovery usb fail and reboot after it starts loading just a couple of lines.

I changed it from hybrid with csm to full uefi and now they boot fine.

How would I check what's causing hyprid + csm to fail?

Make sure you don't have the CsmVideo EFI in drivers64UEFI.
