Not enough info. Do you want m-itx, m-atx, atx ? What is "best" for you specifically. How will it be used ?
List some kind of budget range you can spend within. New or used ? Will you overclock the CPU ?

Sorry you're right should have been more specific

Budget - cheapest and reliable as possible can spend within £30 - 80
Features - USB 3, support of dual monitors
Form factor - ATX
Not looking to overclock but may do some light OC in future
Must run sierra with no problems
Preferrably New

Thanks for the help!

This one meets most of your requirements.

A Z97 version is better for overclock potential if you pair it with the 4770K

Thanks so much, how easy will it be to install sierra on and will everything work?
Should be no more difficult than an install on a Gigabyte board. Look for a User Build for an MSI Z97 to see what
others have done with the install and how well it works with macOS.

Here's one of the better guides for the UEFI setup for an MSI Z97 board. Should help you figure most things out for yours.

The audio and LAN multibeast choices for yours will likely be different so be aware of that. It will probably be best to
let Multibeast install Clover for you rather than doing it manually. You can use the HD4600 graphics for the install.

Thanks new to all this but heard clover is harder than just using multibeast and unibeast, is this true?

Multibeast will install Clover for you when you run it. Clover is the required bootloader for El Cap and Sierra. You can't run them without it if you are using tmx86 install methods.
