You have no chance of making bluetooth work if it is not on the USB bus.

Test on Windows to verify hardware is working.

Win the bluetooth wireless mouse speakers are working properly, I reinstall the original mac10.10.3 tried, still won't do.

I think it is because of unconventional CPU PM setup (inappropriate use of VoodooTSCSync, and perhaps other mistakes).

Re-install following the guide I linked.

Please report back when you've done that.
