So, as an early adopter, I downloaded Lion the hour it came out, then waited until the end of the day until Tony/Macman came out with a guide so I could stay on the safe side. I followed their guide, and everything works fine and dandy - except two things.

1. Restarting will cause CMOS to reset
I've tried many guides here in the forums, but nothing has helped. It really isn't convenient having to reboot the system three times just to get into OS X (First time to set optimized defaults/HPET/AHCI, Second time to fix boot order that gets scrambled, Third to actually boot).

2. Audio Hissing
Audio works, but their is a constant hissing noise in the background.

Audio hissing was not an issue with the motherboard, but with the speakers.

I have no clue how you got sound working for this Motherboard. I have had nothing but Problems with this board and sound. I've tried every one of the ALC888 Kexts in MultiBeast and not one of them works. Even had Toleda stumped as to my situation.
