ATI 4870 Lion 10.7.4 no QE/CI

I've no Problem that the card is recognized. I've the full resolution. But without QE and/or CI.
I've tried netkas fixed kext. Then the cards shows as ATI 4800 series.
I've tried aty_init.kext. Then the card shows as ATI 4870.

It's a Sapphire 4870 Ven: 1002 Dev: 9440

How can I debug the error...?

I too have the same issue with my Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 4870 as iborg2000. Anyone know of a fix that works? I've tried everything that used to work in OS 10.6.

I got mine to work,

use Multibeast, go to drivers & bootloaders > Kexts & Enablers > Graphics > Check Mark ATI 48xx Support.

Press Continue, it should complete and restart the system.
